You lie back with your eyes closed while a fine, unbroken stream of warm herbal oil pours from a suspended vessel onto your forehead, moving in a slow, steady rhythm for most of the session. There's no active massage work here — the oil, its warmth and the pour itself are the whole treatment, and the scalp is worked briefly with oil either side of it.
It's one of the oldest Ayurvedic rituals we offer, built around stillness rather than muscle work, for a mind that won't settle rather than a body that's sore. It suits anyone who wants to lie quietly and switch off completely, more than someone looking for physical relief in a specific area.
Sessions run 60 minutes at our Sector 11 branch, where our Ayurveda-trained therapists work. Your hair will carry oil afterward — tie it back and plan to wash it once you're home.
