Foot Reflexology Massage in Kharghar
Pressure-point work across the soles. Felt everywhere but the feet.
45 min
Foot reflexology follows the traditional pressure-point map across the sole, arch and heel, worked firmly and methodically rather than as a general foot rub. The therapist spends real time on whichever points feel tender, moving between both feet rather than treating them identically.
It suits anyone on their feet most of the day, or anyone who wants real pressure without lying down for a full-body session. It also pairs well as an add-on after a longer massage, when your feet are the one part that never quite gets enough attention on their own.
Sessions run 45 minutes, seated or reclined, with oil or a balm worked into the pressure. Ask for firmer or lighter pressure at any point — some points will feel more tender than others, and that's normal.
